Community support

Community Support Services provides an array of services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We are committed to the enhancement of independence and personal growth while fostering meaningful relationships and involvement within their communities. During this process we assist the consumer in meeting basic needs such as housing, education, social services and transportation. The Community Support program is designed to bridge the gap between identifying effective approaches to the delivery of mental health services and putting those approaches into action in the local community.
